EN - We have illustrated our website with many pictures and galleries and we are sure that some of you would like to know where these were taken, which cameras we used, what year they are from or who is the author of these works. For this purpose we have created a pdf-file for you with all the relevant information about the content. Please note that all rights are with the authors and that downloads for private and commercial usage are always subject to approval. Pictures and videos is art, just like pieces of music, and in both cases the authors shall be called "composers".
DE - Wir haben unsere Webseite mit vielen Bildern und Gallerien illustriert und sicher möchten einige von euch wissen, wo diese aufgenommen wurden, welche Kameras wir dafür verwendet haben, aus welchem Jahr sie stammen oder wer der Bildautor dieser Werke ist. Zu diesem Zweck haben wir für euch eine pdf-Datei mit allen relevanten Angaben zu den Fotos erstellt. Bitte beachtet, dass sämtliche Rechte bei den Urhebern liegen und sowohl der Download zur Verwendung im privaten wie auch im kommerziellen Bereich in jedem Fall bewilligungspflichtig ist. Bilder und Videos sind Werke, genau so wie Musikstücke, und in beiden Fällen kann man bei den Urhebern von "Komponisten" sprechen.
EN - If you are interested in one or more photos or videos (raw or edited image material) we would ask you to contact us. We decide individually and on a case-by-case basis whether we allow to make our works available for free use in case of a non-commercial usage, or charge a fee in a licensing process.
DE - Solltet ihr Interesse an einem oder mehreren Fotos und Videos haben (Rohmaterial oder editiertes Bildmaterial) möchten wir euch bitten, mit uns Kontakt aufzunehmen. Wir entscheiden individuell und von Fall zu Fall, ob wir unsere Werke für eine nicht-kommerzielle Nutzung kostenlos zur Verfügung stellen, oder für deren Verwendung in Lizenz ein Entgelt verlangen.
EN - Violations will be prosecuted in any case and, if our copyright is not observed, the costs are many times higher than the benefit that someone generates from the unauthorized use of third-party works. We thank you for your understanding.
